Terms of Service
The rules for using vAuction as a buyer, seller, operator, or community participant.
Operational launch policy. Material legal changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Marketplace relationship
RTIE Labs operates the first-party vAuction marketplace. Independent sellers offer and fulfill their own items. Licensed operator marketplaces are operated by the named operator under their own marketplace terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and be legally able to enter purchases or sales. We may restrict accounts for fraud, safety, policy, payment, or legal risk.
Auctions and purchases
A valid bid may be binding. Winning bidders must complete payment. Sellers must accurately describe items and fulfill paid orders. Fixed-price, timed, and live sales use the order and customer-protection rules published on this site.
Payments and fees
Buyer payments, seller settlements, marketplace commissions, and operator subscriptions are separate transactions. Stripe and other approved providers process payment information under their own terms.
Content and conduct
You retain rights to content you submit and grant the marketplace permission to display and operate it. Illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unsafe activity is prohibited.
Enforcement and disputes
We may remove content, pause transactions, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with authorities. These terms are governed by applicable law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
