Seller Policy

Requirements for independent sellers participating in a vAuction marketplace.

Operational launch policy. Material legal changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Portable identity, local approval

Your seller identity may be used across vAuction marketplaces. Each operator separately controls approval, suspension, commission, catalog, storefront presence, and marketplace-specific terms.

Listings and fulfillment

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and supported by inventory or a valid right to sell. Sellers must meet stated handling, shipping, delivery, return, and support commitments.

Customer data

Buyer data may be used only for fulfillment, support, legal compliance, and communications the buyer has consented to receive. It may not be sold, pooled across marketplaces, or used for unrelated marketing.

Payments and reserves

Seller settlement depends on successful payment, provider onboarding, applicable commissions, refunds, disputes, reserves, and legal requirements. Fraud or customer-protection risk may delay settlement.

Enforcement and termination

We may remove listings, limit live sessions, hold settlement, suspend marketplace presence, or terminate a seller relationship. Portable identity does not guarantee approval in another marketplace.
