Refund and Return Policy
How cancellations, returns, partial refunds, full refunds, and payment disputes are handled.
Operational launch policy. Material legal changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Before payment or shipment
Pending orders may be cancelled when permitted by the listing and marketplace. Paid orders require operator review; sellers cannot unilaterally mark a payment refunded.
Return requests
Buyers should request a return from the order support link and provide the reason and evidence. The operator may approve, reject, or propose a partial resolution under buyer protection and applicable law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Partial and full refunds are recorded on the order. Processing time depends on Stripe and the buyer's financial institution.
Disputes
A chargeback does not replace the marketplace support process. We may share transaction and fulfillment evidence with the payment provider and may restrict abusive accounts.
Seller settlement
Refunds, returns, disputes, reversals, and provider fees may reduce or reverse seller settlement as allowed by marketplace terms and law.
