Where vAuction uses AI and the controls that remain with people.
Operational launch policy. Material legal changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
AI-assisted features
AI may help draft listings, classify support requests, summarize activity, flag risk, answer routine questions, or assist a supervised host. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed.
Agent-hosted commerce
A room clearly identifies an AI host or co-host. Sellers remain responsible for listing accuracy, reserves, fulfillment, and policy compliance. Operators may pause or override automated behavior.
Purchasing agents
An agent may search or prepare a bid, but charging a buyer requires explicit authorization under the applicable checkout and payment policy.
Automated decisions
Material account, payment, moderation, and dispute actions use policy controls and human review where required. Contact support to contest a consequential decision.
Data use
AI providers receive only the data needed for the requested function under platform provider controls. Marketplace content is not globally shared merely because an AI feature processes it.
