Buyer Protection
Protection for eligible purchases that are not delivered or materially differ from their listing.
Operational launch policy. Material legal changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Covered purchases
Eligible paid orders completed through vAuction payment flows may be covered for non-delivery, material misrepresentation, unauthorized charges, or confirmed fulfillment failure.
Buyer responsibilities
Review listing details, use the platform checkout, provide correct delivery information, preserve evidence, and contact support promptly. Off-platform payments are not covered.
Resolution
We may request evidence from buyer and seller, pause seller settlement, arrange return, issue a partial or full refund, deny an unsupported claim, or escalate a payment dispute.
Exclusions
Buyer remorse, disclosed condition, ordinary variation, missed pickup, prohibited conduct, chargeback abuse, and transactions outside the platform may be excluded, subject to applicable law.
