How vAuction and licensed marketplace operators collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal data.

Who controls the data
For first-party vAuction, RTIE Labs controls the marketplace relationship. For a licensed marketplace, the named operator controls its tenant-domain buyer, seller, order, community, and analytics relationship; RTIE processes platform data needed to provide the service.
Data we collect
We collect account details, marketplace participation, bids, purchases, seller information, content, support messages, device and usage data, payment references, fraud signals, and communication preferences.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, operate auctions and orders, fulfill purchases, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal duties, improve the service, and send consented communications.
Sharing
Sellers receive only the buyer and order information needed for fulfillment, support, compliance, and consented communication. Operators receive data for their marketplace. Payment, email, hosting, fraud, and support providers receive data only for their contracted function.
Retention and rights
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or consent withdrawal where applicable. Payment, tax, fraud, dispute, security, and audit records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
